Return policy

In accordance with Article 8 of Egyptian Consumer Law:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from delivery for factory-sealed, undamaged products.

• Customer must provide original invoice or proof of purchase.

• Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage are non-returnable.
