Refund policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction. Under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018:

• Refunds are eligible within 14 calendar days of purchase if the product is unopened, unused, and in original condition.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

• Products purchased under promotions, custom-made orders, or used partially are not eligible for refunds.
